Monmouth favorite Eddie Burton (known around town as Eddie B) will prepare rib dinners for festival goers on Saturday night. Anyone who has tasted Eddie's ribs know how amazing they are--and they are a perfect pairing for the blues.

Eddie will begin serving about 30 minutes before the concert ends and will serve until 8:30pm. It's a great chance to grab a tasty dinner, a cold beer and meet the Blues Fest musicians.

Eddie's dinners are prepared on site and feature a half-slab of mouthwatering ribs, baked beans, cole slaw and Texas toast. Dinners are $8.50.
