Great Tool: Power Tab

Powertab

If you are looking for a rock-solid computer widget to write guitar tablature, check out the freeware program, Power Tab, created by Brad Larsen.

We've tried a number of the tools out there, and either they are too complex or too limited, but Power Tab hits the right functional note. It's amazingly simple to just use it to quickly record a lick you don't want to forget, but deep enough to allow you to document an entire song. You can even export your tab directly into html.

To grab this freeware program, go to the Power Tab site here.
