Brick wall panels – Whether it’s the cheap faux black or genuine wood, wall panels present a design dilemma for homeowners and tenants alike. It can seem impossible to decorate a room with panels – especially dark panels – without tearing it down, but there are a number of less drastic options you can consider dragging dated housing from its style recession.
Paint panel. If you own your home or your landlord agrees, this is the most versatile option, you must create a new cloth for your room. You may choose to simply prime and paint, or you may first fill in the slots between the panels with dense or joint and sand to panels to create a smooth surface. If you choose to fill in the tracks, you can apply textures to further increase the surface before painting. Painting brick wall panels include preparations, including cleaning with strong chemicals and grinding or applying a dyeing agent. When done correctly, painting works wonders to hide the ugly panel.
Apply wallpaper. It is possible to completely hide the brick wall panels with patterned paper, but as a painting, wallpapering requires preparation of the surface. Clean panels properly, and then use joint and a morsel to fill the grooves between the panels. Sand to a smooth surface before applying wallpaper. Alternatively, you can use heavy wallpaper liner to cover the grooves and create a smooth surface before applying wallpaper.
